COUNSELLER CUM CASE WORKER
Job Description
- Providing counselling regarding the provision of various rehabilitation services to differently abled people and their families.
- Follow up of rehabilitation services to DAPs.
- Provide direction towards various schemes related to DAPs
Education
- Full time Master of Social work in Medical Psychiatry/ Post graduate diploma in counselling/ M.Sc Psychology in full time mode.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in providing counselling services to Differently abled people or differently abled children.
- Preference should be given for eligible qualified Differently Abled Person or persons belonging to DAPs family members
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Job Description
- Individual case management, therapy services to DAPs.
- Training DAPS/care givers in disability management.
- Providing family and community services through the regular home-based program and Neighborhood Centre.
- Assisting CRW to providing shadow home-based follow-up service
Education
- Full time Bachelor in Physiotherapy from a UGC recognized University.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in areas relating to service delivery for person with disabilities particularly in care, support, and rehabilitation services.
- Preference should be given for eligible qualified Differently Abled Person or persons belonging to DAPs family.
SPECIAL EDUCATOR FOR PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY
Job Description
- Individual case management, Special education services to DAPs.
- Training DAPS/care givers in disability management.
- Providing family and community services through regular home-based program and Neighborhood Centre.
- Assisting CRW to provide shadow home based follow up service
Education
- Bachelor of Education in Special Education in Intellectual Disability /Autism /Learning Disability from RCI recognized institutions.
- Bachelor of Rehab Science.
- Other degree related to special education recognized by RCI
- 2 Years diploma in special education in Intellectual Disability /Autism /Learning Disability
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience for Bachelor of Education in Special Education/ Bachelor of Rehab Science.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience for other degrees related to special education.
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience for diploma in special education in Intellectual Disability /Autism /Learning Disability.
- Preference should be given to eligible qualified Differently Abled Person or persons belonging to DAPs family.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience for Bachelor of Education in Special Education/ Bachelor of Rehab Science.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience for other degree related to special education.
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience for diploma in special education in Deaf Blind/Speech and Hearing/Multiple Disability/Hearing impairment.

COMMUNITY FACILITATOR
Job Description
- Responsible for functioning of Neighborhood Centre.
- Imparting life skill education to the DAPs.
Education
Any UG degree (Full time)
Experience
- Previous working experience as frontline worker in NGO, CBOs or Govt. programs.
- Preference should be given to eligible qualified Differently Abled Person or persons belonging to DAPs family.
- Preference will be given to the persons belonging to the same block.
COMMUNITY BASED RAHABILITATION WORKER
Job Description
- Mobilization, identification, referral to Block Level One Stop Social Care and Service Centre.
- Support in follow up home based program through regular home visit.
- Oversee Neighborhood centre family and community basedCBR activities.
- Responsible for monitoring the achievement of all social protection schemes for Differently abled in the block.
- Making schedule for mobile outreach therapy in the block.
Education
- Minimum HSC pass
- Preferably with Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation/ Community based Inclusive development/ Diploma in Rehabilitation Training/ Certificate in rehabilitation Training.
Experience
- Previous working experience as frontline worker in NGO, CBOs or Govt. programs.
- Preference should be given to eligible qualified Differently Abled Person or persons belonging to DAPs family.
- Preference will be given to the persons belonging to the same block.
